About This Product
SharkBite Max flexible water heater connectors provide a fast and easy way to connect your water heater to existing piping. Featuring a redesigned stainless steel collet retainer, these connectors offer enhanced strength and durability, with a pressure rating of up to 200 psi. The updated body design allows for easier pipe insertion without requiring a PEX tube liner. Installation is simple-no soldering, clamps, glue, or special tools are needed. Once inserted, stainless steel teeth grip the pipe while a specially engineered O-ring ensures a secure, watertight seal. The flexible stainless steel braided hose minimizes the need for additional fittings, making installation quicker and more efficient. Available in multiple lengths and versions with integrated ball valve shut-off.
