Easily restore the performance of a worn-out fan with the Broan-NuTone C350BN replacement motor assembly. Designed specifically for older NuTone model 696N fans with an 8 in. x 7.25 in. housing (manufactured before 1999), this motor assembly is not compatible with 696N-R03 models that have a 7.25 in. x 7.5 in. housing. Installation takes 10 minutes or less, with a simple snap-in design that requires no wiring.
